This is adapted from a secret recipe but it is equally delicious as the original! The adaptions come from my recent reading of Eat Right4 Your Type – and given that i can’t eat half of the foods that I LOVE, I decided to start working within what I have and making some adaptations for my Blood Type O!
- 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c Bragg’s apple cider vinegar
- 5 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- 3/4 tsp basil
- 3/4 tsp orgegano
- 3/4 tsp cracked pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt
- 2 cloves of garlic
Mix all ingredients in blender. YUMMMMMMY!
