Morris’ Tartar Sauce

Morris Nekaruk cooks up the most amazing fish (Jack) at Waskesui Lake – I was lucky enough that he would share his recipe with me (even after we beat him at a game of Kaiser)!

  • 2 cups Miracle whip
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup chopped pimeintos
  • 1/2 cup finely minced parsley
  • coarse black pepper

Optional ingredients in smaller amounts:

  • chopped fresh dill
  • chopped sweet pickles
  • chopped red or green pepper
